Outstanding Young Employee

The Outstanding Young Employee award recognises an inspirational young employee aged between 18 and 35 years. To enter into this award the individual must have been employed by their current employer for a minimum of 18 months at the time of entry.

Outstanding Young Entrepreneur

The Outstanding Young Entrepreneur award recognises an inspirations young person aged between 18 and 35 years who, through their own commitment and passion, has built and operates a successful business. This award recognises young business leaders who demonstrate outstanding entrepreneurial spirit, strategic direction and innovative ideas whilst providing inspiration to a new generation of upcoming young business people. Businesses must be in operation for a minimum of two years to be eligible for this award.

Outstanding Business Leader
The Outstanding Business Leader awards recognises the positive contribution made to business by business people and professionals. The award recognises those who demonstrate outstanding entrepreneurial spirit, strategic business direction and innovative ideas, whilst providing inspiration to a new generation of upcoming business leaders. Individuals entering into this category can be self-employed or employed by a business. Entrants must be 36+ years. Businesses must be in operation for a minimum of two years to be eligible for this award.

Start Up Superstar

This category recognises a business that has been operating for less than 2 years that delivers a product/service/idea/invention with credible potential. This award recognises early-stage start-ups that have a solid chance of market success, and strongly displays the entrepreneurial spirit.

Excellence in Small Business (1-4 employees)

The Excellence in Small Business award recognises a business, employing less than 20 that has attained significant growth and is able to demonstrate the specific strategies and processes implemented to achieve sustainable growth in the previous 24 months.
This is a local award only, the winner of this award will not proceed to the Far South Coast Regional Awards. Entries into this category will be automatically entered into the Excellence in Small Business (overall) Award.
Businesses must be in operation for a minimum of two years to be eligible for this award.

Excellence in Small Business (5-10 employees)

The Excellence in Small Business award recognises a business, employing less than 20 that has attained significant growth and is able to demonstrate the specific strategies and processes implemented to achieve sustainable growth in the previous 24 months.
This is a local award only, the winner of this award will not proceed to the Far South Coast Regional Awards. Entries into this category will be automatically entered into the Excellence in Small Business (overall) Award.

Excellence in Small Business (11-19 employees)
The Excellence in Small Business award recognises a business, employing less than 20 that has attained significant growth and is able to demonstrate the specific strategies and processes implemented to achieve sustainable growth in the previous 24 months.
This is a local award only, the winner of this award will not proceed to the Far South Coast Regional Awards. Entries into this category will be automatically entered into the Excellence in Small Business (overall) Award.

Excellence in Small Business (overall)

The Excellence in Small Business award recognises a business, employing less than 20 that has attained significant growth and is able to demonstrate the specific strategies and processes implemented to achieve sustainable growth in the previous 24 months.
To enter this award, businesses must enter the Excellence in Small Business 1-4 employees, 5-10 employees or the 11-19 employees award. The highest score from these 3 categories will be the overall Excellence Small Business Category and will proceed to represent Eurobodalla at the Far South Coast Regional Awards.
Businesses must be in operation for a minimum of two years to be eligible for this award.

Excellence in Business
The Excellence in Business award recognises a business that has attained significant growth and is able to demonstrate the specific strategies and processes implemented to achieve sustainable growth over the previous 24 months. To be eligible for this award category, you must have 20+ employees.
Businesses must be in operation for a minimum of two years to be eligible for this award.
